The building
The office building ‘Adam Smith Building’ consists of 12 floors with first class office space which are particularly functional and extremely stylish.
The building and the floors have been completely renovated. For the high-quality finish materials such as natural stone, aluminium, beech wood and glass were used. The central lobby and the atrium have a new exciting design. The café and restaurant are located on the ground floor.
The entrance is completely renewed and there is a reception area.
The building consists of a low-rise and a high-rise building. A spacious entrance hall, atrium and various walkways interconnect these two building parts. The floors are very efficiently arranged.

The Adam Smith building is located in Riekerpolder, Amsterdam. Rieker Business Park is a relatively new office location and has an international allure. The Rieker Business Park is one of the landmarks of Amsterdam, due to its prominent location next to the A4 motorway, wedged between Amsterdam and Schiphol and a stone’s throw from the Amsterdam Financial District.
